We understand that therapy can be hard to obtain at times, especially when you are without insurance or simply struggling with funds. To help assist with these struggles, our licensed and certified therapists proudly team up with local graduate students completing degrees in professional counseling. Our pre-licensed graduate students are actively gaining hands-on experience with clients while under direct supervision from our qualified therapists. They are trained to work with family systems and individuals of all ages, using the most up-to-date treatment and research methods related to mental wellness.
Together, we are able to provide low-cost quality services for $40 per session. We also offer sliding scale rates for those who may qualify and benefit from extra help. Don't let finances hold you back from getting tools you may need to promote growth, self-love and to help implement positive changes in your life.

For many of us, our generational "curse" is avoidance. We come from people who just act like "it" didn't/doesn't happen. But pain demands to be felt. And somewhere along the line, a child will be born whose charge it is to feel it all. You call them mental health patients and label their power as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and the like. But these are the ones who are born with the gift of Feeling. And as we all know, you can't heal the pain that you refuse to feel.

“Pain and purpose are two sides of the same thing. A person struggling with depression is very likely a person yearning to feel fully. A socially anxious person is very likely a person yearning to connect with others. You hurt where you care, and you care where you hurt.” - Steven Hayes
As a student intern with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journey, I bring a unique blend of therapeutic lenses to my practice. Whether it’s drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) using parts-work, creating new stories with Narrative Therapy, or focusing on breaking negative cycles with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I tend to work well with couples facing communication issues and infidelity, family dynamics, and individuals who are navigating past traumas with their inner-self. Together, we can create a safe space for exploration and transformation through the therapeutic process!
