Alaina is in her final semester of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program at UNLV, bringing both compassion and a deep commitment to helping adults navigate life’s challenges. Her work focuses on uncovering your strengths, building self-awareness, and helping you create meaningful change.
Beyond counseling, Alaina holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on the science of human flourishing and interventions that disrupt cycles of depletion. She also earned dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Women’s Studies from UNLV.
